We are so excited to be hosting a Day Yoga Retreat at our beautiful studio in Bolsover this September to reset and recharge after the busyness of summer and to build strength ahead of winter. Yoga Master Daniella Jackson will host multiple restorative Yoga classes including Hatha, Yin and Nidra with plenty of breaks for hot drinks, lunch (catered for by a small local business) and mindfulness sessions to provide a full holistic approach to wellbeing during this retreat. There will also be free time for you to sit cosy with a book and brew (or anything else you fancy!)
Yoga sessions are adapted for all levels of ability from Beginners to Advanced practitioners.
If you are looking for a day away from the stresses of your day to day life and want to look after both your body and your mind, this is the event for you!
