Join us for a lengthy Yin Yoga flow to release tension from the body and the mind through deep stretches and strengthening postures. As we come to the end of our Yin flow, ready to settle into savasana, we will take a 40 minute Yoga Nidra session to further promote relaxation.
Yin Yoga is a slower paced, more relaxed practice of yoga that focuses on strengthening connective tissue, increasing mobility, lengthening fascia and improving joints.
During Yoga Nidra brings, you will be guided through a meditation that brings the body into a deeply relaxed state – bringing your brain waves into the same state as when the body is in deep sleep – also known as yogic sleep.
