Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic practice designed to support rest, recovery and nervous system regulation. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, the body is fully supported in gentle, floor-based postures held for longer periods of time.
This class encourages deep rest, conscious breathing and stillness, helping to reduce stress, ease tension and promote overall wellbeing. There is little to no effort involved — allowing the body and mind to soften, reset and replenish.
