Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga is a nurturing and supportive class designed to help you move, breathe and rest safely throughout pregnancy. Sessions focus on gentle strengthening, mobility, relaxation and breathwork to support your changing body and prepare you for birth.
Classes provide a calm, welcoming space to ease common pregnancy discomforts, build confidence, and connect with your baby — while also offering time to pause and tune in.
Suitable for all trimesters (unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional), with options and adaptations offered throughout.
