Wellbeing

Here at Retreat, we understand the importance of looking after your wellbeing. Whilst yoga is a big part of that, we wanted to take a more holistic approach when opening this studio to support your day-to-day lifestyle and support you to feel your best in and out of the studio – so every day feels like you’re on a retreat. 

Every member of the Retreat team has years of experience working in the mental health industry and have come together at Retreat to help share their experience and knowledge with you so that your every day is more manageable, and more importantly, settled. We understand happiness feels a far reach for some, but we hope to help you recognise the glimmers in your own life through the classes, courses and interactions here at Retreat.

Wellbeing is encaptured in our wider studio timetable and especially in our course blocks that welcome everybody to learn how to improve their mindfulness, stress management, and healthy lifestyle building skills.
